Introduction
BigPicture lets you work with data of the following monday users:
monday Admins
monday Members
monday Viewers
Monday Viewers don’t have access to the BigPicture app, but their information is handled normally.

Assign workload plans to calculate resource capacity
Add information about the work schedule of your resources to BigPicture. Create multiple plans and assign them to users as needed.
Track holiday plans and absences to easily adjust your roadmap
The capacity calculation is adjusted based on information on the non-working days of your resources. Non-working days are marked on the timeline (gantt chart) and in the resources module making it easy to see. Roadmap adjusts automatically.

The full list of resources is available in the BigPicture Administration. The Individuals tab displays the current user information (today’s state).
