Manage skills available in the BigPicture app

Access - the Skills tab
Go to Administration > Skills
In the right-hand pane, click the App Settings icon and select Resources.
On the Resources tab, click Skills.
The table contains the current list of skills available in the BigPicture app. Those skills can be assigned to people and tasks.
Define a skill
Use the following steps to define a Skill in BigPicture:
Edit skills
Use inline editing to make adjustments to existing skills.
Double click (left mouse button). Enter new value
IMPACT → global. Affects current assignments (update)
Nothing gets removed/unassigned.
Remove skills
Click the trash icon.
IMPACT → global
Nothing gets unassigned from people or teams

Skills have to be added to individual resources on their page.

impact → global. No consequences.
Remove
impact → global. No consequences.
Limitations:
Can’t assign the same skill twice
Remember to remove a skill from a person. And remove them from a team/s
IMPACT → none.
