Holiday plans tab
Introduction
On the Administration > Resources > Holiday plans page, you can:
Find the full list of existing holiday plans and edit their basic attributes.
Add new holiday plans.
Delete holiday plans.
Assign individuals to holiday plans.
Holiday plan details
Add new holiday plans
To add a new workload plan:
Click the Add new plan button.
Provide:
Name
Code
When ready, click Add.
A newly created plan is not assigned to any resources.
Delete holiday plans
You can’t delete the default plans. If a resource is assigned to a deleted plan, the App assigns the default holiday plan instead.
To delete a plan:
Click the Delete button:
on the Holiday plans overview page, or
on the Holiday plan details page
Assign individuals to holiday plans
Assign multiple individuals to a workload plan.
Click Assign individuals.
Select the Holiday plan from the list.
Define the start date. The end date will be adjusted automatically based on the start date of the previous plan.
Select individuals from the list or use the search box to find them faster. The Select all and Deselect All options are useful when assigning multiple individuals.
When ready, click Assign.
