SLA Overview Tab Field

The SLA Overview Tab Field displays all SLA activities within an issue. You can see the tab panel in the issue's main view.
Time to SLA adds the SLA Overview Tab to the issue view upon installation.
The SLA Overview Tab
In SLA Overview tab, each SLA is assigned a colored mark according to its status, which allows you to see the status of all SLAs on the issue at a glance. Check out the color codes below:

The SLA is in PROGRESS. | |
The SLA has been MET. |
How to Change SLA Overview Tab Field Display Options
Go to SLA Fields.
Click the cog icon in the row of a custom field in order to change its display options.
Go to Display Options.
The Display Options screen will appear.
Select Time Format to display.
You can see the Sample Time String as you select.
Long format:Â Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and full localized unit labels.
Short format:Â Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.
Shorter format:Â Displays the duration with hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.
Tick Display SLAs of Linked Issues if you want to view SLAs of linked issues within one another.
Click Save.
