The SLA Dates Custom Field

The SLA Date Custom Field displays the chosen SLA date of an issue. The SLA date options are:
SLA Start Date
SLA Target Date
SLA End Date
If there is more than one SLA on an issue, then you can choose to show the nearest or the farthest date amongst all of the SLAs. Moreover, when you’re creating a report, you can add these custom fields as well.
We have streamlined the SLA Date Custom Field: The sortable feature can now be found within the Ordering Issues by SLA Function instead.
