Accept version update from Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) manually

Confluence administrators must manually accept the version upgrade from the UPM for this release. There is a minor correction to the vendor name that caused this manual update. Until the update is accepted, the previous version of the application is used. Note that the app version 2.8.0 is available in the Marketplace with version number 1.2.0-AC.

In the Manage apps screen, expand the Bob Swift Atlassian Apps - Advanced Tables tab to view the following information about version update:

Export or download table data as CSV file

Advanced Tables for Confluence Cloud, with this release, introduces the ability to export or download your Confluence tables as a CSV file. In the macro editor of all the supported macros of the app, a new parameter Allow download and export is now added. Enable this option to see the following icons on the top right corner of the respective table in the published Confluence page:

A. Click the download icon to download the table data as a CSV file or 

B. Click the export icon to export the table data as a CSV file attachment

Override default styles of row or column settings

At times, you may see the default styles of tables taking precedence over some of the row or columns styles that you have defined for various Advanced Tables macros. To avoid this and apply the styles you have specified to the individual row or column cells, the following new options are added in the macro editor:

• Apply row style to individual cell: Enable this option to override the default styles and apply the styles as mentioned in Row styles

• Apply Column styles to data column cells: Enable this option to override the default column styles and apply the styles as mentioned in Column styles

Filter table data

You can now filter your table data by regular expression or search term. In the macro editor of all the supported macros of the app, a new option Display data filter is now added. Enable this option to see the table filter above the respective tables in the published Confluence page.
