Removed the URL user and URL user password parameters

The URL user and URL user password parameters have been removed from the CSV Table and JSON Table cloud macros. They are no longer available in the CSV Table and JSON Table macro editor.

Use Profile to configure the CSV Table and JSON Table macros

The CSV Table and JSON Table macro now use only Profile to access the data from a remote location without exposing any sensitive information. To create a profile, refer to profiles.
