MultiExcerpt Fast macros do not support Office macros

Problem Statement

  • When you add Office macros to the MultiExcerpt Fast Excerpt, the following error is displayed:

MultiExcerpt Fast Excerpt" macros do not support Office Macros, please use the "MultiExcerpt" macro instead.

  • When you add Office macros to the MultiExcerpt Fast Include, the following error is displayed:

MultiExcerpt Fast Include" macros do not support Office Macros, please use the "MultiExcerpt Include" macro instead

Workaround

  • When rendering unsupported macros, the above-mentioned notification message is displayed.

  • Currently, we are unable to support Office macros (Office Excel, Office Word, and Office Powerpoint) due to Confluence's technical limitations.
