Share a roadmap

In the Share Roadmap section, you can select users or groups who should have access to this roadmap and remove their access.

  1. To share a roadmap, click Share in the upper right.

  2. Select a user or group, assign Viewer or Editor access, and click Add.

  3. Once you’ve added all users / groups you want to share the roadmap with, click Share.

Share Roadmaps using URL

  1. In your roadmap, click on the Share button.

  2. Copy the link provided in the sharing options or directly from the address bar.

  3. Share the Link.

The shared URL will include all the parameters of your current view, ensuring they see exactly what you see.
