Prerequisites

You have

reviewed everything on the previous page. Step 1 - Run CCMA (Security & Encryption)
completed all previous steps
administrator access to Confluence Cloud

The user running the migration needs to ensure they have the “Add pages” space permission in Confluence Cloud.

To ensure a successful cloud migration, an administrator who does not have access to a secure macro will be added as a user owner of migrated secrets.

Prepare the following values from Confluence Security and Encryption server

Space key and Migration name	go to General Configuration
	on left-hand menu- navigate to Migration Assistant
	choose MIGRATE YOUR DATA in the Migration Dashboard to view details of any previous migration
	find the Migration name and Space Key details in the Migration Dashboard- This will be the data input for the next step
Migration Private Key and Passphrase	go to the gear icon ⚙> Manage apps scroll to the Security and Encryption Configuration > Settings scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to find the View Migration keys link
	input the previously obtained values from Migration Dashboard Migration name Space Key
	copy the Migration private key Passphrase keep this result handy for the next steps in Confluence Cloud

Steps in Confluence Cloud

Perform the transformation of the Secure Macro

navigate to each migrated space in Cloud that has secure macros

Under Apps in the left hand menu of the space

choose Secret Administration

select the Server Migration tab
choose the secrets that are to be transformed
choose Migrate Selected Secrets to open a popup dialog box
insert the Migration Private Key and Passphrase (from the earlier steps in server)
