How to use Sprint Roll-Up Report for Scrum Masters to quickly track the work progress

Scrum Masters can use Sprint Roll-Up Report to gain quick insights into all the sprint progress across projects. It helps Scrum Masters to quickly understand the team’s progress and work towards sprint goals.

To view the Sprint Roll-Up Report for Active Sprints and to assess its progress for priority tasks across projects, follow the below steps.

  1. To open the Sprint Roll-Up Report, click Sprint Roll-Up.

  2. The summarised view shows the sprint details such as sprint timeline with status and the progress metrics.

3. To view only the active sprints, from the Sprints option deselect the Closed status.

4. To view a detailed breakdown of the report, click >.

5. To further view the report for specific parameters, select the required fields (such as Priority and Due Date) from the Columns drop-down and click Done.

6. The Report result gives quick insights into the required fields. This enables Scrum Masters to analyze the work progress, priorities and helps to initiate team discussions for any blockers, improvements, or any changes needed to accomplish the sprint goals.

7. To save the report for chosen configurations, click Save Selections .

8. The message box displays the Save success message.
