3. Uninstalling Gaia

Goal

In this section, you will find the requirements for using and installing the Gaia app.

Pre-requisites

This tutorial was made with this in mind :

• You have a Jira instance installed and running on your server;
• You have administrator rights on the Jira instance you want to install the plugin;
• You have a basic understanding of how the Administration of Jira works.

Uninstalling Gaia

1. Click the "Manage apps" option from the "Jira Administration" dropdown menu:

Find the administration menu icon on the upper right side of your screen. Once you click on it, select the "Manage apps" option.

2. Select "Manage apps" :

From the menu on the left side of the screen, find the "Atlassian Marketplace" section, click on "Manage apps".

3. Find "Gaia for Jira - Project Template Manager" in the "User-installed apps" section :

When you click on this item, the view expands and shows details on the app itself.

4. Click "Uninstall" :

A dialog pops up and asks for confirmation. Click on "Uninstall app".

5. Click "Send feedback" :

A dialog pops up and asks to provide a reason why you are uninstalling the app. Click on "Send feedback" to provide the reason or on "Don't send feedback".
