Notify users on creating a project using a project template

Delegated Project Creator for Jira, version 4.1, introduces the ability to inform specific users when a project is created using a specific project template. As a part of this feature, a new field Project created notification is added to the Edit project template window. Start typing into this field to select one or more users from the auto-suggestions. An email is sent to the selected user(s) specifying a project is created using that specific project template.

Allow non-admin users to use app features

Non-admin users or users who do not have permissions to browse projects cannot view the Project menu options from the top horizontal navigation. When such users are granted permissions to use Delegated Project Creator for Jira, they can now access the respective features using Projects > Request New Project or Create Project From Template or My Project Requests. Previously, they couldn't access the app features because of missing permissions to Jira Projects menu.
