Delegate project approval power to non-admins

Delegated Project Creator for Jira now allows admins assign non-admins to act as project request approvers for specific project templates. The new option, "Project Request Approvers," can be found in the Edit Project Template screen. For more information, refer to Manage Project Templates.

Drag and drop project request questions to change the order

This release enables admins to rearrange the order in which the questions are displayed, while configuring the project request questions. The same order is reflected in the Request New Project screen.
