Bulk creation of projects from CSV
Jira administrator(s) can delegate to create projects in bulk from a CSV.
Set permissions to whom to delegate:

With the right permissions enabled, The link "Create project from CSV" appears in the apps menu.

Clicking on the link "Create project from CSV" brings up the following dialog box.

Various invalid scenarios are handled :


A valid CSV upload creates projects for all the entries in the CSV.

A report at the end shows all the created/failed entries.

The project creation report shows the projects created from CSV.

The Audit log Author with auto-complete feature

Improvements:
- Select all checkbox is added to the dialog box for the export CSV functionality
- Given the option to select labels, components, and versions in the issue screen.
- Changed new app logo
- CSV tab content change.
- Added original estimate to fields for issues.
- Project creation request summary in export file.
