Find help using Power Admin for Jira
This document informs you about the different channels to get help with Power Admin-related questions, requests, and issues.

Raise a support request
To raise a support request:
Visit Appfire’s Support Portal and raise a support request.
Provide as much information as possible, and add screenshots if there’s an error in Jira’s UI or in the browser console. Also, specify the browser, operating system, and version of your Power Admin app.
Create a support zip
When filing an issue, you’ll need to create, save, and attach a support zip, which contains information about your Jira system. This will help our support engineers troubleshoot the issue.
To create a support zip:
Log in as a user with the Jira System Administrator global permission.
Navigate to the Atlassian Tools Support Page.
 Keyboard shortcut: g + g + type support tools.Click Support Zip and a new page will open up.
Leaving all the boxes ticked, click the Create button at the bottom of the screen.
You can now go to your issue and attach the support zip.
