getPromotionList

Get a list of promotions for a specific vendor and hosting with regex filtering on promotion name. Additional optional filtering by app key. Other filtering options can also be provided using the options parameter like '--options status=ACTIVE'. Promotions are returned ordered by start date descending. Use '--options reverse' to order by start date ascending. Use '--options includeInactive' to include inactive promotions in the list.
