getVendorList

List of vendors with regex filtering on name. Use '--options own' to include only vendors user is associated with. Use '--options text=...' to include only vendor who's name is a simple, case-insensitive text match. Note it is a performance advantage to use own or a text match in some cases. Also, we attempt to filter out invalid or private vendors that do not have other details available, some may be listed with output format 1, however, these will not appear for output format > 1.
