Set-up a mirror project structure within Confluence and label each page version before you tweak the differentiating details.

For example, your page has a certain lay-out you would like to copy but it would be too tedious to copy and paste each part onto a new page.

This app will allow you to create as many versions of the page as you want and carry over the same structure all throughout each version.
