On the Global Settings page, you can manage configurations related to the usage data and error reporting features of Agile Poker. These settings are designed to provide valuable insights for improving the product and ensuring a smooth user experience. By configuring these options, you can choose to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Agile Poker while maintaining control over your data privacy.

Step 1: Open “Global Settings”

  1. Navigate to the Jira top menu and from the Apps menu, click Manage your apps.

  2. Go to the left-side menu, find AGILE POKER, and click Global settings.

Step 2: Set Up Preferences

You can use the toggle to start/stop sending anonymous usage data or automatic error reports. The toggles are turned on by default.

  1. Send anonymous usage data – By keeping anonymous usage data collection enabled, you actively contribute to the improvement of Agile Poker. Your valuable insights are instrumental in shaping our decision-making process. Rest assured, we prioritize your privacy and handle your data with the utmost care. For more information, please refer to our Data Privacy document.

  2. Send automatic error reports – To provide the highest possible service level, we collect automatic error reports through our plugin. We recommend keeping automatic error reporting enabled, as these reports assist us in promptly identifying and resolving bugs before they impact our customers.

The following information is collected:

  • Error Details – This includes the timestamp, error message, and stack trace.

  • User Browser Information – We collect the name and version of the user's browser.

  • User Operating System Information – We collect the name and version of the user's operating system.

We do not collect any information about specific issues or the values of user votes.
