Issues available for multi-field estimation

This article aims to assist Agile Poker for Jira Cloud users who encounter issues with viewing all the expected issues in Agile Poker's multi-field estimation sessions.

Problem

At times, users may find that certain issues they want to include in the session scope are not visible. For example, the Story Points field might not be configured by default for Bugs. If this happens, Agile Poker won't show issues with the Bug type in the session scope.

For the multi-field estimation sessions, the problem not only remains but it's multiplied by the number of fields selected for estimation. Issues in multi-field estimation sessions must have all the selected estimation fields and the final score field properly configured. If any of these fields are missing from the issue context, the respective issue will not be visible in the session scope.

Before You Start

• Before initiating the estimation sessions, ensure that issues on the selected board have the Field context, Field configuration, and corresponding Screens set up correctly. For more information, refer to the following articles:

What to do if an issue is missing from the session scope

If you encounter missing issues during the Interactive multi-field estimation session:

1. Adjust the Jira settings according to the instructions above and refresh the page. 

2. Finish the current session and start a new one with different fields selected.

If you face missing issues during the third step of the Asynchronous multi-field estimation session creation (Session Scope step):

1. Adjust the Jira settings according to the instructions above and refresh the page. 

2. Return to the first step of the session creation and modify the selected fields.
