Enhancements
Extensions
New post function - Create Confluence page
A new post function will be added to JMWE, enabling you to create a Confluence page within a specified space.
Event-based Actions - Support for User-based events
In past releases, Event-based actions have been expanded to cover additional events; this release expands coverage even more. You can now configure a JMWE action to trigger on events specific to user accounts (create, delete, and update).
Error messages display for users
Currently, post function error messages are only displayed for administrator accounts. This update will enable displaying error messages for all users.
Support for minimum and maximum number of related issues for some Conditions and Validators
The Linked Issues Condition and Validator will be updated to support configuration options that will allow you to require or verify a minimum or maximum number of linked issues.
Expanded audit data for Actions
The audit data for scheduled actions, Event-based actions, and Shared actions will be expanded to cover time and user data on creation, editing, and activation/deactivation.
Ignore inactive users in user picker fields
The Set issue fields, Copy issue fields, and Create issue(s) post functions will be updated to ignore inactive users when configuring user picker fields.
Add the “Run as” option to the Set Issue Security Level post function
The Set Issue Security Level post function will be updated to include the Run as option similar to most other post functions.
Bug fixes
The following bugs are planned for resolution in this release:
Issues with ‘One of’ operator in scripted Conditions and Validators - Some users are experiencing unexpected results when using the ‘One of’ operator in the no code option for Scripted Conditions and Scripted Validators.
Wrong number of issues linked when post function triggers - In some scenarios, the Link issues to the current issue post function is linking the wrong number of issues even when the JQL query for the issue to link returns the correct results.
Scheduled Action editor allows blank spaces in configurations - The Scheduled Action editor inadvertently allows for blank spaces in a few of the configurations, which can cause errors.
