addPermission

Add a permission to a permission scheme. Identify the permission holder by type and value parameters. Alternatively, specify one of the role, group, or userId parameters to add their respective holder type (project role, group, or user) without specify type. Use @project for the permissionScheme parameter to use the permission scheme associated with the project identified by the project parameter. Use the continue parameter to ignore already exists errors.
