addCustomFieldContext

Add a new context for a custom field. Optionally, issue types and projects can be associated to the context using the issueType and project parameters accepting a comma separated list of names or ids. Use @all or blank for the issueType parameter to associate the context to all issue types. Use @all or blank for the project parameter to make the context a global context. If '--options createAnother' is specified, a new context will be added even if a context exists with the same name.
