Added new Enable strict allowlist feature

This Global Configuration allows you to restrict the HTML content to only the URLs available in the Allowlist tab. And note that to ensure compliance, this feature will disable nested iframes.

Allowlist is shared between Appfire/Bob Swift applications and allowlist entries with Regular Expressions are not supported for this feature.
