Javascript usage enhanced for XHTML and wiki outputs

Administrators control the execution of Javascript tags or scripts in the macros with the Allow JavaScript option in the app's configuration settings. With this release, the HTML macro works with Allow JavaScript such that the Javascript tags or scripts are processed or skipped (if the option is toggled off in the app's configuration), for the XHTML and wiki output formats.

Enhanced security against XXE attacks

The app now has enhanced security measures needed to handle XXE attacks.
