ES - Bulk sign-off

You can use Bulk to sign-off multiple issues found by JQL

To turn on Bulk sign-off you need to check Allow bulk sign-up checkbox on the ESF Configuration page (/secure/admin/ESFConfiguration.jspa) and click Save button

 

After that a new tom Jira menu item will appear named Sign

 

By clicking on it you will be redirected to the Bulk sign-off page

 

Set up JQL, choose ESF custom field and the currently logged-in user password, press Start process

For all issues found by JQL there will be sign-off with the current user data for the ESF custom field
