My Document Actions - Profile
Overview
The Document Actions report on your user profile shows a summary of pending tasks and reviews assigned to you.
Viewing the report
To view all pending actions (tasks and reviews) assigned to you
choose Document Actions from the User menu
The Comala Document Management Actions report lists all current pending actions for the current user
using the Type dropdown menu to filter the report
check each checkbox to filter the report to display your pending assigned tasks or your pending assigned reviews
mouse over a pending action to view details of who assigned the action, period elapsed since the assignment and if added by the assigner, the action description
The report can be removed from each user's Confluence dashboard by choosing to disable the Document Actions Dashboard Component in global configuration of the Comala Document Management app.
