Document Activity Report - Workflow Popup
Overview

Use this feature to display a report of all workflow activity on the page.
The data center space must be utilizing document activity data to record workflow events and activities.
Viewing the report
The Document Activity Report is accessed from the menu in the workflow popup.
Here's what it looks like:
The document activity report can also be accessed using the page tools menu.
The document activity report can be filtered using the buttons on the report
Date by setting a time period using the calendar options
Type of document of activity action including document activities related to states; to approvals; to read confirmations and to page edits
Actor to filter by one or users who undertook a workflow document action
Participants to filter by one or more users who are identified in the document action (for example users who are approval assignees but have not undertaken a decision)
States to filter by workflow state
The page activity report may be displayed in a data center instance after the installation of Comala Document Management v7 or later if the space is not upgraded to use document activity .
