How it works

When creating your Export Scheme, and a workflow is activated, you can define if you want to export only the most recently Published states of content (see Publishing for instructions of setting up Comala Document Management for publishing).

To export only published pages, for example using K15t Scroll CHM Exporter:

  • On a Confluence page, select your desired export format from the Page Tools menu – e.g. Export to CHM.

  • Click Customize Settings, and choose Comala Document Management.

  • Activate option Only published versions.

  • Click Start Export.
