From Comala Document Management v7.0+ workflow events for spaces with upgraded data use document activity to keep track of workflow events and in spaces with upgraded data in data center page activity (Activity Report) is deprecated.
Confluence 2.10 and later, the audit report uses the native Confluence Audit Log.
