Upgrade to the latest Atlassian release of the Jira software version 9.4.11, 9.10.2, 9.11.1 or higher, which includes the MySQL 8.x fix, and the ActiveObjects library upgraded to version 5.0.3. Refer to Issues resolved in 9.4.11.

Done/Resolved Tickets in last 7 Days

Report Purpose: Create a weekly report to that shows all issues that are resolved in the last 7 days.

Instructions

The report is created using Reports and Timesheets for Jira add-on

  1. Go to JiraReports and TimesheetsCustom Report

  2. List type of Report is selected by default

  3. Click on the “+” symbol on the fields in the fields selector on the left to add them to the report

    1. Project: Project Name

      1. Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings

      2. Click on Group results by this field checkbox to see results grouped by Project Name

    2. Common: Issue Key and Summary

    3. Common: Priority

    4. Dates: Resolved

      1. Click on the cog icon in the field name to open the Field Settings

      2. In the Filter section, click on the green add rule button “+ Rule” and enter filter as shown in the image below

         

    5. Common: Days to Resolve (Business)

  4. Click on “Run” to see the results
