1. Installing Gaia Activity for Jira server

Goal

This section explains how to properly install Gaia Activity and its extension Page.

Pre-requisites

This tutorial was written considering that :

• you have a Jira and Confluence instance installed and running on your server; 
• you have administrator rights on that JIRA instance;

Installing the plugin

From the Atlassian Marketplace

1. Log into your Jira server instance.

2. From Administration menu select Add-ons.

3. Open the Find new add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace section.

4. Locate Gaia Activity.

5. Click Free Trial button to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Gaia Activity.

6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

7. Click on Apply license.

Now that you have installed the Gaia Avtivity Core, you may now add the Page Extension for Confluence server.
