Update on the Bitbucket Cloud Client

Over the last few releases, we have continued to add significant support to Bitbucket Cloud. Now with over 85 actions, Bitbucket Cloud client is now on par with Bitbucket Server in most aspects and has unique support for Pipelines and Runners enabling automation of your Bitbucket Cloud build environment.

This is especially significant for helping teams migrate over to Bitbucket Cloud from server environments including Bitbucket Datacenter and Server and Bamboo Datacenter and Server. Internally, we have been on Bitbucket Cloud for some time and in the past year have migrated from Bamboo to Pipelines with the help of the ACLI support for Bitbucket Cloud.
