Can multiple people record time on the same item simultaneously?
Yes, multiple people can add time to the same item simultaneously.
Are there any limits on the number of time entries?
No, there are currently no limits on the number of time entries or the number of people entering time.
Can I record billable time?
Yes, billable time can be recorded by setting up a custom field. These custom fields can be configured as toggles or dropdowns, and they are fully customizable in the app settings.
Why do I see the time of other people?
By default, monday.com members can view other people's time entries due to the permissions associated with the 7pace Team Role. This access can be managed in the permission settings.
Can I edit or delete somebody else's time?
Yes, if you have the Manager or Admin role in 7pace. Manage access roles through permission settings.
Can I add time on somebody else's behalf?
Yes, 7pace Managers and Admins have the ability to log time on behalf of others in the All Times view and Item view.
Can I see time logged by other people in the My Time view?
No, the My Time view is designed to manage your own time. Managers can review other users' time entries in the All Times view.
Will others see the time I tracked on private boards?
Users without access to the respective items will only be able to view time-related details, for example, logged hours, but not the item details, provided they have the necessary 7pace permissions to view other users' worklogs.
