Authorization questions

I installed 7pace Timetracker, but it asks me for granting access. What should I do?

Please grant access and authorize scopes in a follow-up monday dialogue; 7pace Timetracker cannot work without accessing your data.

I cannot grant access to 7pace Timetracker, I am shown a monday login screen instead

If you run into errors during the authorization process (being shown a monday.com login screen instead of the authorization page, error 403 - Forbidden, seeing monday.com screen inside 7pace view), it is likely caused by a gap in the monday.com desktop app that does not allow users to grant authorization to marketplace apps.

As a workaround, please open your web browser and authorize 7pace there. Then, you can proceed with using 7pace in the monday.com desktop app—see our authorization guide.
