7pace Timetracker for Azure DevOps Pricing Increase FAQ
On July 2, 2025, we will launch updated pricing plans for 7pace Timetracker for Azure DevOps. These changes will result in a list price increase of 6% to 20%, depending on your plan and user tier. We will also increase loyalty discounts for select customers still transitioning to our modern billing plans. Read on for more information about how this will impact your subscription.
What’s changing?
To provide competitive pricing aligned with the market value of our products, we are introducing pricing adjustments for 7pace Timetracker for Azure Devops. The following prices will go into effect on July 2, 2025:

30-day Grace Period & Loyalty Discounts
Following the Jul 2, 2025 effective date, existing customers will receive a 30-day grace period, after which we will begin migrating customers to the new plans. Monthly customers will be charged the new rate beginning in August 2025. Annual customers will pay the new rate starting with your next renewal following Aug 1, 2025.
Additionally, for customers who began their subscription over six years ago and received a two-year loyalty discount last year, we are increasing the second-year discount by a small amount to help offset these changes and smooth your transition to our modern plan list prices. Why are you changing prices at this time?
Our goal is to provide fair pricing across our entire portfolio in alignment with our investments and the value our products provide to customers. Since our last update, we’ve released new features and improvements, including a weekly calendar view with copy feature, more flexible time pickers, and Entra user authorization, with more exciting changes to come later this year, such as Google and Outlook calendar integration. Please see our release notes for more details.
We continue to support small teams with free access to effortless time tracking software and larger organizations with progressive pricing that scales with you. We review our pricing annually, and are confident that these prices reflect fair market value while remaining highly competitive.
Can I lock in my current price?
There are a few options to lock in your current price. Monthly customers can switch to an annual plan. Annual customers can renew early and reset your billing date — with a prorated credit for unused time on your current annual term. Lastly, customers on our Ultimate plan have the option to lock in prices longer on our two-year Ultimate plan. Please note that multi-year terms are not available for our Team and Start plans. Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes, our annual customers save 12-20%, depending on the plan type and user tier. Our most popular plan, Team, includes a 20% discount off the monthly rate for customers who pay annually.
Will my billing cycle, renewal date, or any other subscription details change?
No, if you do not initiate any changes to your plan, your billing cycle (annual or monthly), renewal date, user tier, and other subscription details will stay the same.
Will there be additional price changes?
We review our pricing and value to our customers relative to the market every year to ensure we’re priced fairly and competitively. Any future pricing adjustments will be reflective of the value that our apps provide.
What do I need to do to keep using 7pace Timetracker?
All billing changes will occur automatically, so you do not need to take any action. When it comes time for your renewal, simply follow your normal process.
