This article explains how to delete users who are members of group using Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI).

Instructions

Use runFromUserList and removeUser to delete the users in a Bamboo group using Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI).

 --action runFromUserList --group "Demo Group" --common "--action removeUser --userId "@userId@ "

In the mentioned action,

  • --group value refers to the group name in Bamboo.
  • --userId value refers to the user Id of the user.


It is recommended to test the commands in a non-production environment or run the action with --simulate parameter to verify the behavior before deploying.
