🌐 1: Allow notifications in your browser

  1. Click the button from the first step of the instructions you see on the page.

  2. Then click Allow in the pop-up you're seeing in the upper-left corner.

If pop-up does not appear

Go to Settings in Firefox > Privacy and security > Permissions > Notifications.

Click on the Settings button next to Notifications and ensure the “Block new request option” is NOT checked.

🖥️ 2: Turn on Notifications in Your Operation System

Mac OS

  1. System Settings > Notifications.

  2. On the Notifications screen, click on Firefox.

  3. Turn on the toggle for Allow Notifications.

Windows

  1. Select Start > Settings > System > Notifications.

  2. Turn on the toggle next to the Firefox.

🔔 3: Use notifications in Chat for JSM

Check desired notification options on Chat for JSM > Notifications.

If everything goes well, you'll get notifications like the one below:

For notifications to work in Firefox, you need to have the Chat Dashboard page open somewhere in your browser.
