Customer request to delete Bulk SLA defined in the Time to SLA plugin .
\uD83C\uDF31 Overview:
The customer had multiple SLAs in place, but desires to keep only one while removing all the others.
There isn't a direct option for removing SLAs (as there are no checkbox options for selecting on the SLA Configurations page).
Currently, the only method is to click the trash bin icon for SLA deletion manually.

Utilizing the Import/Export feature
Customer can utilize the Import/Export feature from the Settings Menu.
Simply export a single SLA,
and when at the import screen, opt for the "Delete All SLAs" option using that exported SLA.
