Make sure that all plugins are always up to date to ensure compatibility.
With version 8.0.19, release versions have been matched - The BigTemplate version matches BigPicture and BigGantt versions.
For example, if you are using BigPicture/BigGantt 8.0.19, the compatible version of BigTemplate is 8.0.19.
Note: Downgrading to an older version of our plugin is not supported, and rollback to a previous version (to ensure plugins' compatibility) may not be possible or cause serious problems. Make sure you choose the correct versions and be sure to have a full database backup before upgrading.
How to check which version is the right one?
The release versions should match. The BigTemplate version should not be newer than the BigPicture or BigGantt versions. The easiest source of information is our Atlassian Marketplace page:

BigPicture is compatible with Jira Work Management.
Installing BigPicture
If you work with Jira Work Management and want to install BigPicture:
Click on the Apps tab.
Select Find new apps from the drop-down menu.
Type "BigPicture" in the Search for apps field.
Select the product of your choice and follow the Marketplace instructions.

If you work with BigPicture and want to install Jira Work Management:
Go to https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/work-management.
Click "Get it free" or "Get it free today."
Follow the Atlassian instructions for cloud products.
