Why should I display OKR data in Confluence?

Widgets added to your Confluence pages will allow you to share OKR status with coworkers with whom you work within Confluence and create OKR reports on Confluence pages.

How can I display my OKR data on a Confluence page?

You can display OKR data on a Confluence page by installing our OKR for Confluence app <add link>. It’s a free add-on that will allow you to add widgets with your OKR data to any Confluence page connected to your instance.

Downloading the app

  1. Go to our marketplace page <add link>

  2. Click on the Get it now button

  3. Wait until you get a notification that the app is installed.

Establishing connection with your Jira instance

  1. Go to Settings → OKR for Jira connection (Atlassian Marketplace section) in your Confluence (you need to have a permission to manage settings in your Confluence)

  2. Check if the right Jira instance is prefilled on the page (the instance where you have the OKR app installed). Click on the “Link” button.

  3. A new tab with your Jira instance will open. Click on “Approve” button to establish the connection.

  4. A new tab with your Confluence will open. It will inform you if the connection is established correctly.

  5. You can now close the tabs opened in steps 3&4.
