ES - Electronic signature in Service Desk

You can use Electronic signature fields on Create request form in Jira Service Desk

First of all you need to add a ESF field to the SD project fields config - on Project settings

administration page - Request types section, i.e /servicedesk/admin/SD/request-types/group/1

 

On the needed request type record press Edit fields link, than press Add a field link and select a Electronic signature field from the drop-down list

 

The selected field will apear in the Visible fields list

 

Now you will see the selected field on the Create request form on the customer portal and will be able to sign off a new issue using this ESF field, i.e /servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/35
