In order to integrate Chat for Jira Service Desk with Slack, you need to:
- enable the
com.spartez.support-chat.slack.integrationdark feature, as described here - have an externally reachable Jira URL, so that Slack can connect to your Jira
- have permissions to create "internal integration" apps in your Slack workspace
