Enable Comala Publishing for a space

After installing Comala Publishing, a space administrator can configure a space in Confluence Cloud site to publish your pages to another space in the same site.

Publishing must be enabled and configured for each spaceĀ using the space publishing dashboard in the chosen source space for your draft pages.

Open the dashboard in the space settings using

  • App links

  • Comala Publishing

Publishing set up wizard

If publishing is not already configured in the space, open the space publishing configuration wizard by:

  • selecting Configure Publishing

The publishing setup tool is only available if the space is being set up for the first time or any publishing configuration has been cleared using the Clear Publishing Configuration option.

In the set up tool, you must add a target space to publish the pages to. Then you can choose to publish all the pages in the space, or review the publishing settings and then publish.

Next: Publishing settings and permissions

After a space's initial publishing or when a target space is selected, you, as a space administrator, can configure the publishing configuration for the space in the publishing dashboard.

You can decide whether to allow your editors to publish page-by-page or limit publishing to the space administrator. You must also ensure that the publishing editors and yourself as a space administrator have the Confluence permissions to publish and sync pages in your linked spaces.
