Advanced permissions
We’re back with a bang! Today, we’re rolling out a highly anticipated update: Advanced Permissions!
Until now, permission settings have been fairly straightforward, where we mapped our 7pace roles and their permissions to monday.com roles, leaving little room for customization. This was especially challenging if you needed stricter privacy controls, like restricting who can view or manage others' worklogs. But that’s all changing with this release!
With the new Advanced Permissions, admins now have greater flexibility. The permission setting can be customized in two ways via the settings area: either by modifying the default association between 7pace and monday.com roles ('Roles & Permissions' tab) or by adjusting roles for individual users ('Users' tab).
