I don’t need to restrict access to BigPicture | BigPicture App roles are inactive. Every Monday member is treated as an App Admin - they can access all BigPicture configuration and administration screens. They can see and access all the boxes. Note: monday permissions are still respected. A user can’t see/do anything they can’t see/do in monday.
|
Restrict BigPicture access to specific users | BigPicture App roles are active. When you select this option, BigPicture restricts access based on app roles assigned to monday users. App role is required. Monday members without an App Admin role must be assigned an App User role or App Resource Admin role to access BigPicture. This can be done after the initial configuration is complete. |
