The Field Change Counter Custom Field calculates how many times that a particular field has been changed so far.
To create a Field Change Counter Custom Field
- Navigate to Jira Admin > Manage Apps > Enhancer Plugin For Jira Menu > Custom Fields (JEP).
- Click on the
button. - Click on the Counter tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue.
- Click on Field Change Counter then click Add custom field.
- Fill in the dialog box:
- Create a name for the custom field.
- Select the field whose changes you want to the custom field to count.
- Create a name for the custom field.
- Click on the Save Custom Field button.
This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
