This condition only allows the users who are not in selected project role(s) to make a transition.
To add the User Non-Reporter Condition
Go to the transition of your workflow, switch to the Conditions tab and then click on the Add Condition button.
Select JEP - User Non-Reporter Condition and then click the Add button.
That's it, the condition will now be added to the transition.
Please do not forget to publish the workflow.
