The QuickView report provides a comprehensive overview of your assets and their organization within the Assets and Inventory Plugin. This user-friendly dashboard is designed to deliver key insights at a glance, with detailed breakdowns available through interactive elements.
To access it, navigate to the Reports section and select QuickView from the side menu.
Key Features
Asset Summary: Get a quick glimpse into the number of asset types, collections, and individual assets currently in your instance.
Visualizations: Leverage pie charts to see the distribution of asset type collections and asset status. Additionally, a bar chart depicts the number of assets categorized by type.
Interactive Elements: Hover over a bar or pie slice to reveal detailed information about that specific category.
Clicking on a section will display the corresponding data in a table format.
